My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were always made up nicely by the time we got back from our activities, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is big and luxurious, though it's worth noting that our room faced a mosque about 1km away, which broadcasts prayer music throughout the day, starting at 4am.
The hotel offers decent-sized rooms that are comfortable, although a slight moldy smell lingers as they renovate floors above during weekdays. The service, from the door girl to the pool boy, is pleasant and helpful despite some cultural differences. The location is excellent with easy access to the main city area, making it a great choice for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience can be chaotic with a rushed morning atmosphere, and the spread may not be very appetizing. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory with some room for improvement.
